"Later this year I and my wife will be traveling down to Vancouver Washington where we expect to make our lives. We have been in Alaska now for the past 20 years and have both been to the Artic Ocean and as far west as Adak and as far south as Ketchican. I have traveled down several of the rivers with my son when he was in the Boy Scouts and I have sailed Prince William Sound.  I have fished in the Bearing Sea and in the Gulf of Alaska. I have caught King Salmon weighing over 65 lbs and Rainbow trout in the 5 lb range.  My son has the family record for halibut 145 lbs my best is 80 lbs. It is time to leave and do something else.  I plan on getting a power boat and travel up the Columbia River and around the Washington and Oregon coasts." (3/00)
